FLORIS NATURALS YLANG-YLANG & LIME FACIAL CLAY SCRUB with APRICOT SHELLS (NO PLASTIC MICROBEADS) 5.5oz Anti-Aging-Deep Cleansing Exfoliate & smooth your skin with our deep-cleansing clay scrub that will gently remove flakiness & brighten dull skin, leaving it looking soft & smooth with a clean feeling. Our blend of Kaolin clay, apricot exfoliant, & pure essential oils of exotic ylang-ylang & lime are effective & uplifting. Suitable for all skin types. Apply to wet face, and gently massage in a circular motion to exfoliate. Avoid immediate eye area. Rinse with lukewarm water or remove with washcloth. Follow up with our toner, serum, & moisturizer. Contains: Purified water, kaolin clay, jojoba, apricot shell, Ylang Ylang, cubeba, lime, clementine essential oils, aloe vera extract, chamomile extract, Keep out of reach of children, if in eyes, rinse with water. Test for allergies before use. Unlike most comercial face scrubs, we DO NOT USE plastic microbeads (but apricot shells instead). Plastic microbeads are often added to personal care and cosmetic products (PCCPs) as an abrasive agent in exfoliants. These beads have been reported to contaminate the aquatic environment and are sufficiently small to be readily ingested by aquatic organisms. Because they are made of plastic, microbeads are non-biodegradable and take a long time before they break down. Their small size makes it almost impossible to filter them out of the water systems and from the environment.
