Shipping Policy
If you’re considering renting our jumping castle, here are some important details to keep in mind: The castle measures 2.5×2.5×2.65m. You’ll need a minimum space of 3x3m for setup. The minimum ceiling height should be 2.70m. The castle features a slide and can hold approximately 5-7 children aged 1 to 7 years old. Power supply: we require access to electricity within 25m of the location during the rental period. We’ll provide extension cords. Venue access: We need a 1 metre wide pathway with no stairs for venue access. Hiring Period: Our standard rental period is 4 hours, but we also offer a 7-hour rental at an additional cost of ($60). Time needed for set up: Please allow at least one hour before and after your event for setup and take down.
