Shipping Policy
Here are the details for our Jumping Castle rental: The Jumping Castle measures 3x3x2.3m. You will need a minimum space of 4x4m and a ceiling height of 2.4m. This particular castle features an attached ball pit, perfect for toddlers and convenient for small indoor venues. The castle can accommodate around 5 to 8 children aged 1 to 8 years old at the same time. POWER: We will require access to electricity within 25m during the rental period and will supply extension cords. VENUE ACCESS REQUIRED: We need a 1-meter-wide pathway with no stairs to set up the castle. HIRING PERIOD: Our standard rental period is for 4 hours, but we also offer a 7-hour rental option for an additional cost of ($60). SET UP TIMES: We require at least one hour before and after your event to set up and pack up the castle.
